How to order a commissioned piece of art

Pet Portrait:

What I will need from you first is a high definition image. Second I will need to know which size canvas you would like. This information can be sent by e-mail to trista.hendrickson@gmail.com. Prices below are for pet portraits only. A $50.00 deposit paid through Paypal is required and is your agreement to the terms and conditions (see bottom of page).  If you are interested in a commissioned piece of art (non pet) please continue down the page. 

Canvas sizes and pricing guide:

Small:

  • 12”x12” – $150.00 USD (Face only)

  • 12”x16” – $200.00 USD (Face only)

Medium :

  • 20”x20” – $300.00 USD

  • 24”x30” or 24"x24" – $350.00 USD

  • 24”x36” – $400.00 USD

Large:

  • 30”x40” or larger starting at $500.00 USD

*Pricing does not include shipping if shipping is required.
*If you wish to have more than one subject in a portrait (animal, person, object, etc.) a minimum charge of $50.00 will be added per object.  If  you are interested in a group portrait please contact me for a price estimate. Medium canvas sizes or larger only.

NEW - PORTRAIT GIFT CERTIFICATES

Give the gift of a Pet Portrait. Gift Certificates can be purchased in studio or by purchasing online through Paypal payment. Contact me for an appointment or to purchase online.

Non-Pet Subject:

What I will need from you first is a high definition image. Second we will work together to decide what size canvas will work best for your piece. This will also determine the price. Prices above are for pet portraits only. This information can be sent by e-mail to trista.hendrickson@gmail.com. A $50.00 deposit paid through Paypal is required and is your agreement to the terms and conditions (see bottom of page).

Terms and Conditions:

I ask for a non-refundable $50.00 USD deposit to cover material cost.  This can be paid by Paypal.  A invoice for the remainder of the bill will be sent upon completion of the painting. Once I receive the payment in full, you may pick up your piece or  I will send the painting to you. Payment must be received with in 7 days of the date on the invoice.  If I do not receive payment after 7 days the painting becomes property of Trista Hendrickson.  By sending your deposit you are agreeing to these terms.

Shipping will depend on the size of canvas and destination. UPS is the preferred method of shipping.  If you are located in the Twin Cities Metro area you may pick up your piece at my studio. The shipping/packaging amounts will be added to the total owed.
